Station Unity 2022 – Vendor Hall Basics

Katsucon Entertainment, Inc. will present the annual Station Unity convention at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center (GNCC) from August 26, 2022 to August 28, 2022.  The vending hall is open to merchants/vendors, artists, and clubs/conventions.

 BOOTH INFORMATION

Vendors must first complete the Vendor Application on the Station Unity Website. If the application is approved they will be contacted by the Station Unity Vendors Department, su-vendors@katsucon.org. Payments may not be made until the Vendor Department approves your application. A list of confirmed vendors will be available online at https://www.station-unity.org

Each Vendor will be allowed to purchase up to three (3) Booth spaces.  Each booth space comes with two (2) 6ft x 2.5ft tables.  Each initial booth space comes with three (3) free badges, with one (1) additional badge per additional booth. One (1) additional badge may be purchased per booth space at $45. Badges are non-transferable.  Only those persons wearing a Vendor badge can sit in booths. Helpers/Assistants must have a Vendor badge. For cons and clubs: booth space is 12 feet by 8 feet and comes with one (1) table.  Each booth comes with two (2) badges. Up to four (4) additional badges, total, may be purchased. Badges are $45.00 each and are not transferable.

Power and utilities are not provided by Station Unity. If you wish to have power, utilities, or secured wi-fi you must contact the GNCC directly. Vendors are not permitted to run extension cords across aisles or behind/through other vendors booths.

All Vendors must supply the names of the Owner(s) or person of contact to the Station Unity Vendors Department. Vendors and their assistants/helper will report directly to the Vendor Hall to pick up their badges and must show a government issued photo ID.

Booths are not transferable and may not be resold to a third party. Any booths not claimed by 12pm on Friday are forfeited and will be reclaimed by Station Unity. Please contact the Station Unity Vendors Department in the event of delayed arrival. If you wish to have a representative claim your table for you, you must provide all information about this representative with your application. Station Unity does not allow booth sharing.

PAYMENTS

Payments are made online through the Tixr system. Upon acceptance (after completing the application form on the website), each Vendor will receive a personalized link to complete registration. Contact su-vendors@katsucon.org for more details. Payment information is provided directly to vendors whose applications have been accepted.
